I tested it out with eggs and cheddar cheese! If you’ve ever put cheddar cheese in a frying pan that claims it’s “non-stick” you quickly learn it’s not. This pan is COMPLETELY non-stick. The cheese came right off! Nothing stuck to this pan and clean up was a breeze. I didn’t have to scrub at all. I absolutely am in love with this pan. Only complaint, I need one bigger than 10 inches, but I’ve ordered the bigger one already, I’m just waiting for it to arrive.
